PROBLEMATIKA PRAKTIK INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI AKHLAK DAN PERAN GURU SEBAGAI USWATUN HASANAH DI SD KABUPATEN BATANG


Abstrak - ABSTRACT Khoirudhi’ah, NIM : 20200011095.Problems With Internalizing Moral Values Practice And Teachers' Role As Uswatun Hasanah In Batang District Elementary School, Semarang: UNWAHAS Graduate Program In Islamic Education In 2022 Keywords: Practical Issues, Teacher's Role As Uswatun Hasanah Teachers Play An Important Role In Ensuring The Continuity Of Education And Are Expected To Improve The Nation's Quality In The Future. As A Result, It Is Critical To Pay Attention To What And How The Problems Of Internalizing Moral Values And The Teacher's Role As Uswatun Hasanah, As Well As Efforts To Overcome The Problems Faced By Teachers As Uswatun Hasanah In Internalizing Moral Values To Elementary Students In Batang Regency. The Goal Of This Study Is To Describe And Analyze The Problems Of Internalizing Moral Values And The Role Of The Teacher As Uswatun Hasanah, As Well As To Analyze Efforts To Overcome The Problems Faced By Teachers As Uswatun Hasanah In Internalizing Moral Values To Elementary School Students In Batang Regency. This Is A Qualitative Study That Employs A Number Of Approaches, Including A Pedagogical Approach, A Psychological Approach, A Normative Theological Approach, And A Sociological Approach. In This Research Practice, Data Is Gathered Through Interviews, Observation, And Documentation. While The Data Analysis Technique Employs Data Reduction, Data Presentation, And Verification, The Triangulation Test Technique Is Used To Test The Data's Validity. The Study's Findings Are As Follows: 1) The Concept Of The Teacher's Role As Uswatun Hasanah In Internalizing Moral Values And Problems In Practice In Schools, Namely: The Views Of The Principal And Teachers In Schools Regarding The Role Of Teachers As Uswatun Hasanah Guided By The Views Of Exemplary, Habituation, Punishment, And Views On Qishah Or Stories. 2) The Problem With Increasing The Teacher's Role As Uswatun Hasanah In Internalizing Moral Values And The Problem In Practice At School Is That There Are Students Who Sometimes Do Not Want To Behave In Uswatun Hasanah As Exemplified By The Teacher, There Is No Synchronization Between Education At School And Education Outside School That Is Influenced By Several Factors Such As Technology And Culture. 3) Efforts To Overcome The Difficulties Encountered In Increasing The Role Of Teachers As Uswatun Hasanah In Internalizing Morals And Problems In Practice In Schools, Namely By Providing Examples Of Good Behavior To Their Students Both In And Out Of School. Furthermore, Approaching Students By Frequently Inviting Them To Talk Outside Of Class Time, And Teachers Must Be Proactive In Incorporating Moral Values In Order To Keep Up With The Times.
