Abstrak - ABSTRAK Sutiah,NIM 20200011102,. “Profil Kemampuan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru PAI SMK Sekecamatan Mranggen” Semarang: Program Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam UNWAHAS Tahun 2022 Kata Kunci: Profil, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Kualitas Pembelajaran Profesi Guru Dituntut Harus Menguasai Kompetensi Sebagaimana Dijelaskan Dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2017, Antara Lain Kompetensi Pedagogis, Kompetensi Profesional, Kompetensi Sosial, Dan Kompetensi Kepribadian. Pada Kenyataannya, Pembelajaran PAI Yang Dilakukan Guru Masih Bersifat Transfer Pengetahuan. Guru Belum Menunjukkan Penguasaan Teknologi Dalam Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Masih Didominasi Oleh Pengggunaan Paper And Pencil Sehingga Kemampuan Peserta Didik Hanya Sebatas Aspek Pengetahuan (kognitif). Dalam Bidang Pedagogik, Pengelolaan Kegiatan Pembelajaran Masih Didominasi Oleh Aktifitas Guru, Padahal Dewasa Ini Telah Banyak Berkembang Metode Pembelajaran Yang Dapat Diterapkan Oleh Guru Dalam Pembelajaran. Hal Ini Menunjukkan Bahwa Kemampuan Guru Dalam Penguasaan Pengetahuan Teknologi, Pedagogik Dan Konten Masih Perlu Untuk Ditingkatkan, Bahkan Perlu Mendapatkan Perhatian Serius Dari Pemerintah. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Profil Kemampuan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPaCK) Guru PAI Dalam Merencanakan Dan Mengimplementasikan Pembelajaran SMK Di Kecamatan Mranggen. Metode Yang Digunakan Adalah Penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel Yang Digunakan Adalah Convenience Sampling Sebanyak 6 Orang Guru PAI Kelas Semester Genap Dari SMK Di Kecamatan Mranggen. Data Dikumpulkan Melalui, Instrumen Uji Kompetensi TPaCK, Lembar Observasi Pembelajaran, Wawancara Dan Dokumentasi. Analisis Data Dengan Cara Pengkodean Berdasarkan Tujuh Kategori Dalam Kerangka TPaCK (CK, PK, TK, PCK, TPK, TCK, Dan TPaCK). Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis Data, Pelaksanaan TPaCK Partisipan Guru PAI Belum Sesuai Dengan RPP Yang Dibuat Baik Oleh Guru Sertifikasi Maupun Guru Non Sertifikasi. Kemampuan Partisipan Dalam Merencanakan Pembelajaran Berada Pada Kriteria Sangat Baik . Kemampuan Guru Dalam Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Berdasarkan TPaCK Pada Kurikulum 2013 Berada Pada Kriteria Baik. Profil Kemampuan TPaCK Guru PAI SMK Di Kecamatan Mranggen Berada Pada Kriteria Baik Serta Terjadi Peningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Pendidik Dan Peserta Didik. ABSTRACT Sutiah, NIM 20200011102,. Keywords: Profile, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Learning Quality The Teaching Profession Is Required To Master The Competencies As Described In Government Regulation Number 19 Of 2017, Including Pedagogical Competence, Professional Competence, Social Competence, And Personality Competence. In Fact, PAI Learning Carried Out By Teachers Is Still A Transfer Of Knowledge. The Teacher Has Not Shown Mastery Of Technology In Learning, Learning Is Still Dominated By The Use Of Paper And Pencil So That The Ability Of Students Is Only Limited To Aspects Of Knowledge (cognitive). In The Field Of Pedagogy, The Management Of Learning Activities Is Still Dominated By Teacher Activities, Even Though Nowadays There Have Been Many Developing Learning Methods That Can Be Applied By Teachers In Learning. This Shows That The Ability Of Teachers In Mastering Knowledge Of Technology, Pedagogy And Content Still Needs To Be Improved, And Even Needs Serious Attention From The Government. This Study Aims To Determine The Profile Of The Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPaCK) Ability Of PAI Teachers In Planning And Implementing Vocational Learning In Mranggen District. The Method Used Is Descriptive Qualitative Research. The Sampling Technique Used Was Convenience Sampling As Many As 12 Even Semester PAI Teachers From 6 Vocational Schools In Mranggen District. Data Were Collected Through The TPaCK Competency Test Instrument, Learning Observation Sheets, Interviews And Documentation. Analysis Of The Data By Coding Based On Seven Categories In The TPaCK Framework (CK, PK, TK, PCK, TPK, TCK, And TPaCK). Based On The Results Of Data Analysis, The Implementation Of TPaCK For PAI Teacher Participants Was Not In Accordance With The Lesson Plans Made By Both Certified And Non-certified Teachers. The Ability Of Participants In Planning Learning Is In Very Good Criteria. The Teacher's Ability To Carry Out Learning Based On TPaCK In The 2013 Curriculum Is In Good Criteria. The Profile Of The TPaCK Ability Of PAI SMK Teachers In Mranggen District Is In Good Criteria And There Is An Increase In The Quality Of Learning For Educators And Students.
